Is it possible to get two tables next to each other instead of being underneath??

You'd need to put the 2 tables in a "master" table, like:

Code:

<table>
<tr><td>

<!-- Left table -->
<table><tr><td></td></tr></table>
<!-- End left table -->

</td><td>

<!-- Right table -->
<table><tr><td></td></tr></table>
<!-- End right table -->

</td></tr></table>

Wherever you want it - click "Edit board settings", and put it in the header or footer. :smile: Put the left table where I put left table, and the right table where I put rifght table. :smile:

phantom, I'm not sure why you want to have two separate tables in the first place - one table will be able to do anything you want it to do. :smile:

Frontpage won't let you do two separate tables anyway.

Why don't you try using one and put the stuff you want on the left and on the right and just leave the middle section empty (if that's what you want). :smile:

Actually I don't know of any way you can make separate tables that are next to each other, but you can make one table and it will LOOK as though it's two separate tables.

If you could tell us what you have in mind, we could maybe help you do it. :smile:

I'm making tables in the member area for my members. it will have one table on the left and one with items they have collected on the right. Maybe I could do one table with 2 columns!!

Sure you could - a table can have as many columns as you want.

You could have a table with 3 columns (middle one empty), something like this:

Code:

<table border=0 cellpadding=4 cellspacing=0 width=100%>
<tr>
<th width=45%>Member Name</th>
<th width=10%></th>
<th width=45%>Items Collected</th>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Member 1</td>
<td></td>
<td>Item 1</td>
</tr>
</table>

"th" is a header cell - text will show up bold and centered there. :smile:
