I am on Newman's board, and he sent me to you. The clock for the board does not show the correct time, and is about 5 hours ahead. I checked edit settings but can not determine how to correct it. Can you help?

Time is a user setting, not a board setting - you can adjust this in your User CP - according to your time zone.

You can go into the edit settings screen in your User CP and change the time zone setting to be your proper zone. You can check out this FAQ on the different time zones:

I did that using GMT-5, and it still is wrong. Any more suggestions?

It looks like your time zone is set at 0, not -5 - you'll need to change it.

It is at -5 and refusing to allow me to try anything different. Save settings won't allow me to save anything. The -5 still means it's off by several hours. This is so frustrating!

ladiebug, you had your time zone set to +6 not -5. I've changed it for you.
