thanks for posting that

(some popup killers are inclusive, meaning that they only block popups with ceartin names, and you have to tell it what is and what is'nt a popup)

Please don't put your password in posts.

You can copy and paste it into the "password" box, then change your password when you're logged in. :smile: You don't have to hand-type it.

:sad::biggrin:I just registered today. I went to my email to see what my password was, then came back to sign in, and I kept being told that my password was incorrect. I went back to check it and make sure that I was typing it correctly, which I was, and I was still being told that my password is incorrect. What do I do?

Try copying and pasting it instead of re-typing it. :smile: Or make sure that the letters aren't numbers etc, fo example a O (letter) looks a lot like a 0 (number). And remember they're case sensitive. :smile:

Our board was just set up last night, thanks. I did some admin editing adding a password. Now I can NOT log in. I tried the send me my password but have received nothing.....

Gah! I have my password AND username, I registered, got my mail with name and password and it was validated ect..and then when I try to log in it keeps saying my password is inccorect...and trust me im typing in the right password..I even got it send back to me...HELP!

Try just copying and pasting it in-sometimes 0 and O look alike and if it is the wrong number letter combo or miscapitalized it will not recognize it.

Hi Chris....I had sent an e-mail on being listed as a guest because my other puter crashed... I got back in ok ..but went to check my site meter and forgot to log out..so I'm back in the same boat...promiae the 1st thing I do is correct in my user cp.

I'm sorry Chris....it's happened again..this appliance is supposed to support cookies..it does when I went to pay bills etc. ...but it doesn't let me stay logged in here..I've logged in, it said I was then when I went to my site it said log in ..so it doesn't stay with me.

I'm sorry to be such a pain..and when my "real" computer is up & running again, I won't be bugging you....BTW boomspeed took all the graphics down...I was one of those that waited till the last minute to transfer and lost a lot! :sad: thanks again
