We have 4 distinct areas for getting help here at the support forums. This configuration (the 4 areas) is pretty new, so we all need to get used to it. As we are growing very quickly, BbStaff are finding it harder and harder to answer board-related questions as quickly as possible. Therefore, we have split the help sections into these 4 parts:
Tech Support - This forum is for questions/problems regarding the
use and administration of boards. Moderated by BbStaff, for tech questions regarding board operation, problems using your board's features, etc. This forum is
not for general HTML/image help etc.
Suggestions and Feedback (A sub-forum of Announcements) - For posting suggestions for new features. If suggesting something, check the
dynamic To Do List first to see if it's already been included there.
Bug Reports - For posting bugs. Please ensure that you can replicate a bug before posting it, and be as clear as possible.
BbHelper Cool Customization Tips - This forum is for help using HTML, images, etc. Anything not related to board operation, but more customization. This forum is led by our army of BbHelpers, who have shown their skill here on the support forums in the past.
Please try to post in an appropriate forum. If the post doesn't fit the forum it's in, it will be moved, so if your thread suddenly disappeared, check the other forums.
Also, please check the
FAQs and
tutorials, many things are already answered there.
That said, we're here to help, and if you have a question or problem, please don't hesitate to ask.
