I am starting a list of questions about your boards that only you the willing admins can help me answer. If you who have had this happen more then twice, something is definitely happening and together we can find out what it is. Use the whisper code to answer things for us and if you have any special scripting or something let us know that too.
1) Did you have us rename your board's ID/URL for you. Not the same thing as if you had a domain name hosted with us. This would have been to rename the last part of your board's URL what we call its ID. If we did can you please list the old ID(s) for me to look at.
2) Did you upgrade yourself-if so what method of payment was used and did you ever change board plans? Going from Variable to Fixed or vice versa?
3) Do you have posting by email enabled? Or frequent use of the Bulk email, PM or Newsletter features? Do you have user donations enabled?
4) If you can think of anything that might be part of the missing picture for us-something that can be a factor to help reproduce this problem so we can release a patch in a mini-release.
