I have gotten this information to BbBoy iand he asked if you can whisper a copy of the receipt you got or give the email address you have associated with the form of payment because he can't find it from the one in the database so if you can do tha it would really help BbBoy to find and process it manually. :smile:

He unsuspended the board for now but it's still on the free plan until the payment clears. :smile:

Hi Krill, that was the same email we had in the database and BbBoy couldn't find any record of the transaction under that email so if you have a copy of the receipt that would help BbBoy to find the corrosponding record to get things resolved for you. :smile:

I just whispered what the database is showing and it appears your board is out of credit. When you add some more credit the ads will disappear. :smile:

gaah sorry about that. I upgraded my plan in Feb and was somehow under the obviously wrongful impression that my card would be automathically billed after that, so i have not even looked at the credit. I probably read the text wrong on a unusually sleepy day heh. But this is better actually. I added credit just now, and i noticed somebody fixed the banner problem already so thank you. :smile:

Hi, I got an e-mail to say that my 3-month recurring payment went through yesterday, but I'm still getting ads on my board. Ad-ware attempts have also been a nasty side effect. I thought the boards didn't revert back to free when recurring payment is used?

Any help you can give is much appreciated.

Hi PowerLady,

BbBoy received the payment but there were no details given on it so thank you for posting about this so he can look into this for you. Can you paste a copy of the receipt in a whisper along with the other email that it is attached/associated with? He needs to verify some things so if you have that leave a copy and he can resolve this for you. :smile:

Thanks for letting me know, I think the problem is that the credit card used is in a different name (same name the letter is addressed to, which I enclosed in a whisper). Please let me know if you need any additional information.

BbBoy canceled that for you so you should be all set to use whatever other method of payment you'd like to now when the board's credit goes low again. In the meantime if you need anythiing just let us know and one of us can take care of it for you PowerLady. :smile:
