Re: (No Subject)

the choice of tin headgear is up to user discretion... i have found that the new Reynolds Non-Stick is quite effective not only for deflecting in-bound mind-reading rays and such like but the cookies those rays leave behind(so they can find you easier the next time) sliiiiide right off... you can call me the Teflon Padre' :worm:

I did my pullups in the rain and wind today. But I'm only out there for a couple minutes though. For Christmas I got a treadmill... FTW!

Re: (No Subject)

Exercise equipment in my home is useful only as clothing hangers.

I dont know what it is, but I cant work out at my house. I can leave and go for a run, but as thou getting off my fat ass was not hard enough being able to have a ton of other much cooler more pleasant things to do in the other room makes it all but impossible.

I go to a gym, not a real one, just a bunch of equipment at my buddies house, but its the only way I can get anything done.

You are down in Brunswick, we should run the river trail bike thing sometime.
