Independent Truckers are Standing Up!
Have you guys been keeping an eye on this?

I gather that they are attracting substantial participation in this first gathering.

I believe they have the right idea. A nation-wide protest could potentially set the stage to overcome the nonsense that is killing off the American Dream!

These guys deserve credit for getting the ball rolling! Check it out here. The emotions and dialog remind me a lot about the way small-scale gold miners are feeling.

Let's pass the word around and support the effort!

Politics aside, I'm seriously disappointed by the lack of media coverage. That ain't normal.

We are in this civil-disobedience inorder to protect the freedom of the press. I guess our press ain't so free.

Personally, I think the press needs to feel their own revolution. Remember the anti-dredging orchestra we endured?

Our Bill Of Rights, starting with #1 and continuing through #10 is in place for us, the people. We have to control this government at every level. Votes don't seem to work anymore, so we'll step-up to the next higher level.

Follow the money Rod...........if the media is paid to NOT cover an issue, or possibly "influenced" by some other means, then they will not cover them for fear of the consequences. We found that to be very true in this part of the country when we were trying to generate backing for the miners in Oregon to stop the anti-mining efforts of the "other side".:shrug:

I see you agree that the press "ain't so free".

Follow the money to the corporate sponsors? And what do we uncover there? Government favors? Status quo is worth more dollars of income to investor's dividend checks? Retirement funds?

I don't recall a single mention in our Declaration Of Independence describing ANYTHING more valuable than our freedom.

While we encourage good fiscal actions inside our homes, we encourage bad fiscal government. It is gonna break the back of the people.

See how frightened the police are? I suggest this is just the beginning of the great awakening. No wonder they want to take the guns away from Americans!

They must have seen this coming. I'm surprised that only a dozen or so police were there. That's the White House in the background, right?
