Hydro Force nozzle ( 13:29:11 SatMay 19 2012 )

Any one out there that's used a Hydro Force (http://www.midwestprospector.com/hydroforce.html) that could reply to this?

Does the nozzle have enough force to blast apart dry clay cemented ancient river rocks from a vertical face or is it just for extra water to vacuum muddy slurry already created? Got a semi-trash pump that should provide adequate pressure and volume for the 1.5" nozzle and maybe the 2"

Would a high pressure washer, with a clean water supply, be more effective used in conjunction with the nozzle?

Any videos on the web about a desert application?

Any advice/guidance on a settling system for water
recirculation?

:thankyou:

Hey Mulepacker, the nozzle is best used for adding water to a slurry mix at the nozzle not enough pressure to do much else, but it sure works good for what it is intended. The high pressure nozzle idea you mentioned would be the way to wash that stuff down with. Just my opinion but do have some time on hydro nozzles and that is the way I would do it.

Thank you Ochawk. Got any suggestions for efficiently settling and recirculating. Where I dig, gold is almost as precious as the yellow stuff or soon will be if you believe Al Gore....

The hydro force does blast hard pack very well but if it's like concrete then you must use another method.

Here is a video I made of me blasting hardback and power sluicing with my 3" hydro force:
