I wonder if I need a special permit for my "enviromental aquatic pollutant extractor and stream bed/fish reed stablizer"? I know it appears to be a gold dredge, but it's not. Proof is in the fact that I have more lead, mercury (on occasions), copper, Iron, and various other metals/pollutants. Occasionally I inevetably may in the course of operation, suck up a little gold. I will return the gold to the nearest recycling station in trade for enough monies to continue restoring the stream at no cost to the state or federal government.

Lee, what happened? I know you have always been a few bricks short of a full load when it comes to mining, but this idea won't fly. Don't stop selling those tasty burgers back there in the "Ozark Mountains"of the fine state of Missouri.
