I totally doubt that the input from the public at this meeting will be handled any differently than the public input from the last public input meeting was handled. I feel like they just want to see if the public sentiment has changed over the past year or so about their shady tactics to take more of our mining rights away from us. :duck:

At the hearings last year, a 49’er member asked them if they had any solid, peer reviewed proof, that a small scaled dredger has ever harmed a single fish. Their reply was, “I don’t know.”
In other words, they don’t have any proof of dredgers ever harming a single fish. “I don’t know” isn’t an answer to a yes or no question. Can you answer that question now? Now, they need to be asked these questions…. 1. How many fish were harmed by Indian tribes last year? 2.How many fish were harmed by fishermen last year? 3.If you are going to impose draconian regulations on dredgers, don’t you think that you owe it to the public to at least know if it is harmful? Where is the "HARM" that you are regulating against? |

We've been overly patient with the maniacal governmental interference based upon trumped-up fraudulent environmental issues which are not based upon reality. Dredgers are friends and allies with the aquatic environment, our survival requires our beneficial actions within our public waterways.
I believe we are facing non-environmental opposition. It's cool and groovy to be anti-mining while hiding behind a false sense of environmentalism. Let's strip off the phony garb of environmentalists' and reveal their true intentions. Problem is......who or what is their complaint? Enviros are liars. They say things about dredgers which have been systematically refuted by third party science. No I think it's a society clash between guilt and honesty. |
