Anyone know if the re-adoption of the Emergency Regulation outlawing any motorized suction device in a river has been approved by OAL?
3-27-14 is the end of the original Emergency restriction passed by OAL for 3 months. ![]() |

Got lucky and found the answer to my own question.
YES, it was approved for another 90 days. OAL approved it again on 3-24-14 and it expires again 6-26-14. However,the permanent reg may be in effect by then? Also other court rulings might have pos or neg impact on our position before then.
