go down the page awaya to April 2014 and you'll find the links to the forms
http://www.dfg.ca.gov/suctiondredge/

What I read was forms to establish why it should end for economic reasons by areas rather than individuals. I didn't have time to read them all

I found enough gibberish to satisfy my optimism and curiosity.

Cultural resources.......meaning the mood swings of featherheads and idiots need to be falsely held over dredgers whose cultural benefits will be sacrificed.

quote.....
To protect against and minimize the prospect of adverse impacts to other
important natural and cultural resources in California, and the water quality of the
State;

Too much cultural influence within the fish thinkers.
