Swine Flu? ( 18:34:57 TueApr 28 2009 )

Ok,I don't see any other posts on this issue, so I'm gonna ask the question.
I just saw on Fox busineness news a blip about the CA Gov. placing CA on a state of emergency for the Swine flue problem.
Have there been any reports of cases in the HC area?
Or the Northern CA region?
What do ya'll think about the quote unquote pandemic therory?

I think it is real,,,just too much information about it around the world. I am flying out to Happy Camp May 19 and I now have some concerns about getting on those airplanes. CDC says that the best thing we can do is wash our hand a lot. The face masks don't seem to be effective per the CDC.

I don't know about Happy Camp, but here in Yreka (the big city to the east) there are no reported cases. I just came from seeing my doctor here in town and he said he has had no reports from any of his patients nor from the hospital right across the street. I'm moving back downriver very soon and may get one of those surgical masks to put on the dredge's snorkel to keep me safe from all you outsiders coming up here soon and dragging the darn flu bug with you. LOL! Stay safe and healthy y'all.... the season is upon us.

Wash your paws and don't cough on me.

these homeopathics have been proven to work very effectively against the 1918 spanish flu...gelsemium...and bryonia.. anyone who is concerned do the research on the web..there is a ton of info on just how convoluted this whole affair is

I believe in getting the straight facts and not listening to rumors.

I will tell you that only certain types of masks will work in the flu environment.

Its amazing the hype put into this. 36,000 people die from the ordinary flu each year in the U.S. This flu has only claimed 7 total world wide to date. Smoke and mirrors to take our eyes off the real problems in the world now.
Just my theory though.
