After reading different posts on this board I'm somewhat confused about when the Klamath, Scott and Salmon rivers are open to dredging during 08. I will be operating a 5” 5211HP this summer and plan to be in the Happy Camp area from June 1 to the end of August (End of September if the gold is good). Some of the post on this board talk about legal action from one of the local Indian tribes changing the times you are allowed to operate a dredge. Hopefully someone with knowledge on this subject will enlighten me.. Thank You

The klamath from the mouth of the salmon river to the mouth of the scott river is year around dredging scott river opens the last saterday in may till september 15th salmon river i think is july 1 to september 15th
