Do you need to post a bond to dredge on the Klamath with a 10 inch?

On club property 8 inch and larger require a contract with the office. They are considered commercial operations. F&G may require special permit over 8". Have to check with them. My permits were the old ones and for years they read 12" and down. They changed the forms to 8" and down but I had a handful of the old permit forms and kept using them. Got away with that for 10 years before they changed the form entirely and it was noticed.
