When: September 19, 2011 9am to 10am Rally then 10am to 1pm Hearing
Where: Rally on West Steps of the Capitol / Hearing in the Unruh Room of the Capitol Bldg
Help Expose UN Agenda 21! Congressman Tom McClintock will be holding a hearing from 10am to 1pm in the Unruh Room at the Capitol. We will beholding a pre-hearing rally on the West Steps of the Capitol from 9-10 a.m.
Those who will be speaking at the rally will be expressing their personal experiences with the various aspects of UN Agenda 21 and its negative effect on their lives and property.
Topics will include: the attack on rural property rights, water rights, the destruction of dams; the stopping of water from the Delta reaching famers in the Central Valley; redevelopment districts, regionalizing parks; urban visioning plans to restructure our cities and turn them into crowded “stack em and pack em” housing; smart meters being forced on people without their knowledge or permission.
Bring your signs, American Flags, bull horns and friends!
Ideas for signs:
1) Get the UN out of the U.S.
2) UN Agenda 21 = Loss of Liberty
3) "Sustainable" = Loss of Freedom &
Personal Property Rights
4) Freedom ... not UN Control
5) Public Lands belong to the PEOPLE.
6) CA needs more dams and less Delta Smelt.
7) Bring back gold dredging to CA
8) Restore the timber industry to our Public Lands.
9) Smart Meter? Not on my house!

Mineral Estate Grantee: I have had a proposal before my state senators for right at 2 years now and they just ignore the subject. They claim the US Forest Service is handling the problem, yet our forests keep falling into worse death-status conditions. We can lead them to the water----but we can not make them drink. WHAT A BUNCH OF ELITIST FOOLS.

In Douglas County, Oregon last night over 90 people, again, met with the USFS and their facilitator, Jim Caplan to come to a agreement on the road closures in Douglas County designated for closure. Our Sheriff John Hanlin joined us.

Not one question was answered about jurisdiction of the USFS last night or any of the other 2 nights of meetings.

The first thing that happened was some of us started moving the chairs in straight lines from the circles (2) they had them in. From that point on the facilitators tried to maintain control, but really could not.

Read the Beacon News for the full report today, and if you don't have an subscription call 541-672-2222 it is only $26.00 a year, it is the paper that prints the truth, because you can handle the truth.

And, by the way, the two Douglas County commissioners that have been conspiring with the USFS so far to take roads, Susan Morgan and Joe Laurance walked out of the meeting before the fun started. Our sheriff Hanlin stayed for the entire event.

When we realized their intent was to keep going as long as it took, we made it clear that what they are doing is intentional fraud and we started a walk out and ended their meeting. THERE WAS NO CONSENSUS TO CLOSE ROADS

We videoed the event and will get it on DVD and try to get it up on the Internet ASAP.
Now we have forced them to go to plan B, which the USFS already has in progress.
