If you have the suction line and all hooked up and ready to go,do you need to secure the suction tip someway? I was wondering if you started the HP pump that the line might start moving around a bit, does it?

Not really. It's not like a garden hose that it will flop around. The larger the nozzle the less it will move but that is due to river current not nozzle reaction.
It will start sucking rocks and could plug with a rock which is ok if it is a big rock across the nozzle face. It could also suck a rock that would plug in line and thats not OK. It's best to know where your nozzle is and what it is going to do before you start the motor. Some guys will just put it up against a flat rock so it will get stuck that way and eliminate any guess work ratled |
