Seiad Valley Evacuation Due To Goff Fire ( 17:39:29 WedAug 29 2012 )

I apologize for this off topic post.

My local Redding newspaper reports Seiad Valley is being evacuated. Can anybody up there shed some light on the topic?

Down here we are heavily smoked-in. Several fires close by. The streets are running with fire fighting equipment. The cafes are feeding firefighters before travelers from I-5. :thankyou:

Rod, here's the link Lipca put in the forum the other day.

It says there is a 6 hour evacuation notice in place for Seiad Creek Rd. plus others. What ever that means I'm not sure.
