Sorry havnt been around much, what with the kids being off school i havnt had much time, Oh well only about 3 weeks to go :wtf:
Xena, Duke and Carrigan are doing ok, I have noticed something with Xena tonight tho...... Errrrr her bits, you know just below her bottom is swollen, I hope Duke hasnt had his wicked way while weve been out, or maybe its just an infection, any help would be great. Would it swell if Duke had done something???

She could have this vagintus or just have been cleaning herself alot - does she seem uncomfortable?
I dont know if it would look like that if Duke had had his way - it's not something I have observed in the past!! I know what you mean Elaine, my three start school on Tues and to be honest we have done naff all - never seemed to achieve anything with everything else that was going on! We normally head north for a week but that was impossible this summer. Oh well, maybe next summer eh! I cannot believe 6 weeks have gone by! Hope Carrigan is still settling in well?

oooooooooooooo have to lock Duke away heheheeee
Carrigan has settled in ok now, we did have a few ups and downs, its just a good job apart from kids we dont get many visitors, when we do im afraid carrigan has to go out in the garden and just so he dont get lonley xena and duke go out there too heheheheee Its good really cos it has stopped all my kids friends wanting to stay and come into play heheheeeee Hope everyone is well

My goodness your children go back to school early. When do they get off? Over here schools break up at the end of June and then the children dont go back until around 1st Sept!

Good god dont tell my kids that Helen, they will be wanting to emigrate! Ours finish school at the beginning of July and then go back middle August, English schools are different though - I know my neices and nephews are still off, but dont ask me how long til!
Glad to hear all is well Elaine and that Carrigan has settled well. How old is Xena?

Most English schools have 6 weeks from late July (this year was 19th) to beginning of September, best bit about working in a school :roundnround:

Here (Ontario) our kids get out the last week in June, I think it was the 27th this year, and go back September 6.

All I can say is that you must have very patient parents over there!!
That's a long holiday! Do they get holidays during the year too? In Scotland we get 2 weeks for Easter, 6 weeks in Summer and 2 weeks in October with 2 weeks roughly for Christmas as well as various long weekends here and there. Although England and Scotland have different holiday times, I think it all adds up to the same amount of school days in a year?

Lots of other holidays here too. About 9 weeks for the summer, 2 weeks for christmas, 1 week for spring break. Then they get a P/A day once a month, then all the long weekends....AND they get half days once a month too!
