 As long as you can cope, have the time and energy to love another boxer and the space to fit one in - then why not!!

O/H has rearly caught me out on this one i was rearly not expecting this!part of me is saying no but alot of me is saying yes yes.One thing that is bothering me is that i would like to take on a rescue but with my lot i can only introduce pups to them,which makes me feel a bit guilty.

Rescues get younger dogs in too though. I know what you mean - I was going to rescue, but it needed to be a younger dog because of Sasha. Then I ended up buying Tizzy which was completely the opposite end of the scale!

Pups need good homes too! Look at it this way, maybe the pup that you wouldve got will go to a bad home and be neglected etc and end up in rescue. Other way to look at it is that you have to put your existing animals first as its their home. If a pup is more suitable then that is the way forward.
Our vet advised us that the easiest way to introduce another dog into the house with an established dog, is to get a pup. We have never looked back. You sound unsure though.....? Helen |

To be honest i prefere the boxer with a docked tail(not saying i would never have one with a tail)so to do that i had to get in before the ban came in,so i had to make a snap decision,to get one before the ban and also while the offer was on from the O/H!!
She is only 3 weeks old at the moment so i wont be getting her untill around the 17th Feb,i will be able to visit whenever i want as she is coming from a breeder who lives a mile away from me(how handy is that!) I do have some pics but they are not very good.

Have you ever had a boxer with a tail? I have to admit, I much prefer Tizzy with hers than Sasha without - they are just so cute with them!!!
Lucky you aren't in Scotland then - the ban is already in place! Look forward to hearing much more about her and seeing some pictures!
