My brother-in-law asked a couple of weeks ago if we knew of any body that wanted a white boxer for free - the catch? It was blind in one eye after a play fight with one of it's brothers / sisters went wrong at 10 weeks old. The good news the eye was treated by a vet and and has now healed and does not need removing. The even better news - friends of ours that recentely lost their red boxer at 3 years old due to kidney failure drove down the day after I told them of his plight and I'm happy to report 4 weeks later he has settled in and is soooo cute it's beyond belief. What have they called him - - - - -- Nelson, yes they have a sense of humour, but more importantly they love him to bits and he now has a loving and caring home. Just thought I would share this one with you as the "breeder" was going to have Nelson put down if they had not been able to find him a home.
