special home needed? can anyone help?

We have a dog coming in tomorrow that needs someone with experiance with boxers. He is brindle, called max. He is dog agressive (sometimes) been castrated 2 weeks ago and a handfull. He needs someone who is home all day, and knows what they are doing.
He is good with older kids, we dont know about babies.
We have a few people who would fit the bill but are going on holiday he would freek in kennels)
Any ideas anyone???????????

I'm going to do a home check this morning. The couple sound like they could cope with anything flung at them. Paws crossed

Best of luck Jacquie hope everything works out - we would love to help but what with 2 dogs and 2 kids I don't think it would be ideal or fair on him. Who knows what the future holds maybe one day when we are feeling insane we might suprise you and be in a position to offer a forever home to one of your worthy causes!!

Good luck, Paul

Dont you just love that kind of hero!! Good luck Jacquie, I hope it works out ok for this poor boy.

Although I am home all day, I dont think I can be classed as knowing what I am doing by any means!!

Keep us updated!

I think you are selling yourself short on that one Karen.

The couple turned out to be ideal for him. So he's away to a happy new life (fingers crossed)

I did wonder lol

So glad he has found somewhere - it's always worrying when they are a "special" case whether there is someone suitable for them - but it's nice to know he has a great home now!!

Were quite lucky in the fact we have a few people that would take a " special" needs dog.
