Hi All
Over the weekend a lump appeared on Rosie's rump which almost overnight grew to the size of a plum  Then it disappeared and discovered thick green pus which was stuck like superglue to her skin/hair. All around the area her skin was/is bright red. Poor poppet had/has a cyst. Took her to the vets today as although I attempted to soak the pus away in saline I was not very successful and was worried of doing more harm than good. She had the whole area clipped away free from hair, pus etc. The photo does not show how very red and inflammed the whole area is but gives you an idea of the size. aww poor baby,did the vets give you anything for her? Do you know if it will come back? I hope she`s feeling better soon.

Yes we have to wash it twice a day and apply Fuciderm ointment onto the area.
