lumps!

Hi
I just re registed as I forgot my password, irrelevant really...
Hoping for a bit of advise/reassurance please, my nearly 7ry old boy has several health issues (usually on a 5mg of predisolone each second day) about 11 days ago had a minor procedure to remove a benign lump (cyst) that was next to his front nipple, approx 15mm dia (nipple also removed)
The scar is about 60mm long and since the op has been swollen, however is isnt yet going down and is now a hard cylindrical lump of about 25mm sq x the length of the scar.
Going for a check up tomorrow but at the last one on Wednesday was told its healing normally?
Concerned..
