snoring!

hey guys

I was wondering if any of you fellow boxer owners have any problems with snoring dogs?

Tj isn't bad, he only snores when sleeping in certain positions. But Rojo seems to snore all the time! My husband actually has to wear earplugs to get to sleep at night! It doesn't bother me strangely enough, I just seem to blank it out.

Has anyone ever heard of a cure for dog snoring? Any help welcome as my husband would really appreciate it:sad:!!!!

thanks

Re: snoring!

Cute photo!! So typical of a boxer that they sleep where they land - Sasha gets herself into some weird positions sometimes! I notice the photo is named Inverness - are you from that area??

Sorry though, cant help with the snoring thing - Sasha does snore sometimes, but she is downstairs so she doesnt disturb us!

Will ask around
Karen

Hi Karen

Thanks! Yes the picture is labelled Inverness as we went there for a week in October for a break with the dogs, we stay in Fife though!

Re: snoring!

No? Explain. I'm sure DAZ will do it, we just need a common language.

Right! Farting, I'm with you now.
Oh yes, DAZ has his moments, sometimes I wonder why he has not deflated into a flat thing.

Re: snoring!

Lmao :fart:yep that is another one of the joys of Boxers :loveya:
Homer + DeeDee seem to do it more when we have guests:ohwell: and they stink the whole of the house out
i found that tinned meat makes them worse
i did get some flatulance tablets from our local Pets at Home store which do work a little bit

Re: snoring!

How about, after a meal, wiping their face clean on the furniture?
But they can never get that spot on the end of their nose.

Re: snoring!

Ours too have a habit of using our legs to wipe their faces.

Luckily enough though they are not very messy eaters - it is more a case of drying their faces after they have had a drink - you can guarantee thatt they will come straight o us after a drink and leave a big wet swipe across someones leg!!!!

Re: snoring!

I am sure Sasha has a storage facitility under her cheeks that she saves her dinner in! No matter how long it is since she has had her dinner, she can come up to me and wipe the remains on my knee and the water on my sofa!

You have to love them!
