I checked the link myself, it doesn't seem to be working? One thing it does say is to check the date and time on your computer - because cookies wont work if they are wrong?
I know sometimes some of the games my daughter plays mess around with the time!! Other than that I can't help, because I don't have access to that information? I can only suggest you keep trying??!! Sorry

"Please contact the server administrator, wwwadmin@bbboy.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error". Love the fact that they assume we may have caused the error

I will let BbBoy know about the lost password not working, that is trouble on our end. I don't know what the trouble is with logging in for her, but this should be resolved in the morning by Monday at the latest. Thanks you for reporting it SashasMum.
That is the reply to my post on the Tech Support Forum. Hopefully they will get it sorted soon.

Sounds like a glitch somewhere then? I promise I haven't touched anything!
Did you check your time and date Helen? That's one thing they do mention? Can't understand what is happening - will put another post on tech support, but I don't expect an answer until after Christmas
