Absolute disaster

For the last month anything that could go wrong has gone wrong and tonight absolute disaster. My mobile phone fell into a basin of water. OK its happened before but this time I think it has "died". I feel sick as stupidly I treated it like a diary [no didnt do intelligent things like keeping a backup]. I just feel like digging a hole and crawling into it......

R I P little Nokia 6230 :crying:

:crying: :crying::crying:

He He i did a similar trick with my phone and a cup of tea. It spent all night telling me it was on charge even though it wasnt plugged in and then died. Didnt have the sense to get the sim card out quickly so lost all my phone numbers....have i learnt, no, all my phone numbers are still only on my sim!

Re: Absolute disaster

My dad is constantly breaking his. I buy him refurbished ones on ebay for cheap. I know he will break it again, no need to spend lots on a new phone!

Re: Absolute disaster

I had to get a new phone two years ago and was a complete coward - I went for exactly the same model.

This time my phone died and all my numbers were stored on my phone not my SIM, I was in chaos. Thankfully my son managed to transfer them on to his SIM somehow, by eeeking the last dying moments out of my phone's life!

I had to go for a completely different make and model this time and that's not easy to do at my age!! :lol:

Hope you are all sorted now Helen!! :flowers:
