i know ive told osme things on this board, not sure all ive said? lmao anyway im still sooo exstatic! anyway, when tom and i were going to seperate, and id signed our cars over to them my mom took out a restraining order on tom. then we decided to reconcile, shit hit the fan to say the least. they were and still are not happy with me. anyway, id asked my mom to remove jes n i from her ro she refused. so tom and i did it. we had to go to court on thursday morning for it...left the girls and tucker at my best friends house......anyway, tom gets kicked out because hes wearing shorts >lol< the bailiff wasnt nice at all!!!! then we got let go since they never served tom with a reply cuz they had the address wrong so the judge wanted to read it too n thatd give tom time also to read it and he had a bankruptsy court to go to. i was removed no prob....i got kicked out of the courtroom too cuz i cried....yes seriously!!! 3 days post birth im not allwoed to cry in court! lol so they question me, tom got to play lawyer it was sooo funny! he actually did a great job! he did better than their lawyer! jestins name was on the protection part but there was no reason as to WHY haha it was all about liberty and my mom with not one reason for any of the kids to be there. so in the end we are both off....thank god. my parents had even planned on trying for custody of my son. some parents! its still tense here and stressful to the extreme. but we won!!! we ran strait over to the school and tom got to sign him out :smile:
