Look what we found a couple of weeks ago... Alfie a gorgoeus wee ferret, we rescued him from the roadside.... & brought him home, we could'nt keep him Bonnie wanted to attack wee Alfie, we tried to find his family but no one came forward.. Alfie went to Ferret rescue & was rehomed days later.. he is settled & very happy in his new home..well he would be he has another 8 ferrets to play with
 Ferrets have a life span of up to 14years, scared of nothing apparrently.... & they are soooo cute, Alfie was house trained can you believe that,, anyway heres a pic of Rock who unlike Bonnie wanted to play with Alfie  |

Don't do ferrets - far too much like rats for me. I know they're not, but they have little eyes and teeth!
Well done you for your rescue though - nice to hear that pets of all sizes to get rehomed safely! Rocky looks gorgeous - his coat is beautiful! |

Karen I was of the same opinion... ewwww yuck a rodent... but this little thing won me over, he is so clever & sooo cute... come on he must win points for being house trained... thats amazing... still can't get over that one.... Alfie's new family consists of mum & dad ,2 children, 5/6 dogs as well as 8 other ferrets.... my hat goes off to Sarah Alfie's new mum... I was knackered just reading about all the pets....
it was great to find there was a ferret rescue.. the poor guys that run it are inudated with " unwanted" ferrets.... |

My daughter has just gone mad reading your post Yvonne! She is desperate for something furry - anything from a hamster to a ferret! Dont rate her chances much - the only thing with more than two legs that is coming in this house is .................. another boxer (one day!!!)
