OMG - we actually had some snow today
 Hubby took Polo out while I was at work & it was snowing big style, he had an absolute whale of a time :roundnround: been having snow showers on & off since about half eleven  |

I know!!! Its not fair! At least we have some snow right now, it is going pretty fast though! And you can still see some of the longer grass through the snow so its not deep at all! Just not fair!!! We have had 2 small snow falls in February and that has been the most snow we have had all winter!!:screams: :screams: :screams: :screams: :screams: :screams:

Still no real snow for us.
Although when we let the parrot out of his cage and he has a good old flap of his wings we get tiny little white feathers everywhere - so a mini snow shower indoors ..... yet again!!!! The weather reports are saying that it should start warming up soon so it doesn't look like we are going to get any!!!

Blizzards on and off all day, but nothing settled. My daughter built herself this snowman today, but she used the sled to import snow from all the surrounding areas as we had no snow in the garden!!
 Suppose that's our lot til next winter now  |

My daughter and her friends tried to make a snowman on Friday, but soon gave up as Polo kept pouncing on the snowballs as they tried rolling them :smash:

This is crazy! We lost our little bit of snow that we had got and it not only is NOT snowing here.....but it has been warm! It feels like spring!! We have switched to our spring coats or sweaters for the last few days!!!

Makes you think a bit more about this global warming doesn't it Nicki! There's places like you that aren't getting their fair share of snow and then in Russia they have had the worst snow in decades - it's all a bit messed up!

I know what you mean Nikki, our eldest daughter has just gone to New York for a few days with her college course, we kitted her out with plenty of warm clothes, thermals etc, checked the weather earlier & it's 16-18°C, typical. She wasn't at all impressed when she woke up Sunday morning to find a good couple of inches had fallen overnight - at least most of it had cleared by this morning & her flight wasn't delayed
