G'day all finally putting together an eclectic supply of parts ti integrate into 30 years of VW's. to start I have 1976 bay windowed van only a 2 seater but will be putting rear seats in. behind the front seat will be a rover v8 behind that a Dellow bell housing with a Toyota hi ace 5 speed same case as supra but with external shifter linkages on the side behind that Nissan 720 4x4 transfer case the diffs are out of an IRS VT commodore the front drive spindles are rodeo modified to take the larger kombi balljoints the rear tail shaft being so short will comprise a datsun 180b half shaft to allow for a slider joint & it bolts straight up to t/case flange the front consist of commodore with a center bearing & the 180b slider again for movment. only sat motor in 4 weeks ago to get measurements for the trans etc to fit in need to blank of water pump so ussing a davis craig electric. & mounting alternator down lower
