That looks like a decent website to buy items, but it doesn't seem to talk about what's involved... and I would be wary of any place that is trying to sell something.
One thing I noticed is that they don't seem to give the adaptor plates a fair argument.
First, my adaptor cost about $450 vs the 470 (euro, I think) is what they were charging.
Second, included in the price of my adaptor was a new flywheel... which was lighter than the one I removed from my engine. (I weighed them years ago and can't remember specifics, but I want to say it was about 10 lbs lighter... might be because my engine came from a Forester, but the kit flywheel was lighter)
Also, even if the flywheel weighed the same, the smaller radius would tend to give it a smaller moment of inertia (MOI) which is actually what people are trying to reduce when they go to lightweight flywheels. (double the radius of the mass and quadruple the MOI)
Why don't performance shops tell you that? Because they charge 300 bucks for a flywheel with 5 lbs taken out of the middle where it does almost no good.
That being said, if you're willing to spend another $450 you could probably get an ultra-lite subaru flywheel that's even lighter than the one I have and probably has a lower MOI.
