Nissan Links

Here are some links for Nissan stuff.
Nissan motors are one of my favorites. The SR20DE engine is a very versitile and stout engine, here are some specs:

Engine codes
SR20DE 2.0L naturally aspirated 4 cylinder
SR20DET 2.0L turbo charged 4 cylinder
SR20DET GTI-R 2.0L turbo charged (ITB's and stronger)
SR20VE 2.0L naturally aspirated, Vtec style cams
SR16VE 1.6L naturally aspirated, Vtec style cams

aluminum closed deck block with iron cylinder liners
aluminum 16 valve DOHC head
bore = 86mm. stroke = 86mm
relatively cheap ($450 SR20DE from ebay)

here's the important stuff
hp capabilities on stock internals
SR20DE, 400hp & 18psi
SR20DET, 450hp & 23psi
SR20VE, 400hp & 13psi

The SR20DE's make upwards of 170hp NA at the wheels when built up. While the SR20VE's make 230+ at the wheels when built

The Block will handle well over 600 hp with stronger rods and pistons. I have seen SR20VE's with turbos put out over 500hp at the wheels with 15lbs of boost on pump gas.

Feel free to post more.
