Chevy conversion

We got all threads except for Chevy. I'm looking at possibly swapping my upcoming 1600 cc project (swing axle T1) with one of the newer GM EcoTec 4 cylinder. Size, weight and horsepower all seem to be right in the ballpark of the design for my kitcar - anyone have any info on these motors for a swap?
Thanks!

Re: Chevy conversion

If there is more interest in the chevy converison, I will put up a separate catagory. There is a guy with an early bus that has an ecotec engine that you might want to give a call. Check out the pictures section for more info.

Hi,
I just got my 2.2L Ecotec mounted into my '69 Baja now the hard part. Wiring the Haltech E6X to the Ecotec. Anyone have any experience doing this?
