Yes, that does answer the question. I wanted to know back on Friday, but the Alaska offices were closed. I just got off the phone with The Regulatory Department, and they were very interested in my idea. They gave me the number to DNR, who I will have to deal with mainly. It's looking good!
azkidRe: "mechanized support equipment"
mechanized support equipment would include anythign under motorized power IE excavator, Dozer, Backhoe, Bobcat and more, hope this helps..
thegoldgopher"mechanized support equipment"
In the regs, recreational dredging uses these words along with 6" maximum dredge head opening. Just what does the term "mechanized support equipment" mean in these regs? What equipment and types of equipment does this eliminate?

Thanks
