Has anyone ever tried putting their concentrates in an ultrasonic cleaner to see if gold will settle to the bottom of the cleaner?

Harry, Harry, Harry,
Into the ultrasonic cleaner (with water in it) put an anti tip-over and put the vial with a funnel inserted inside that. Fill with water and then add some super cons. Theoretically the vibrations will work the Gold down through the cons in the funnel and all the way to the bottom of the vial. Remove the funnel and theoretically barren cons, dump, replace the funnel, put more cons into the funnel and keep doing that until the vial is full of Gold. Quite a bit of "Theoretical" there - but interesting non-the-less. Well, I ordered a $20 ultrasonic jewellery cleaner from Hong Kong off of Ebay last night. I think the first experiment I'm going to try with it is a layer of sawdust on the bottom, a layer of blonde sand in the middle and a layer of black sand on the top with a thin layer of lead filings as the icing. If everything is in the reverse order after the vibrations start, we may be on to something here.

Go Bob, worth a try, maybe later you can add a controller,??.
WARNING, THIS TYPE OF CLEANER CAN RUIN LAMINATED OPALS, makes them milky, |
