New list is out.
http://www.games-workshop.com/40kuniverse/epic40k/rulesrev/vault/EAEldarArmyList10.2.doc Notable Changes: - It's Biel-Tan, not Ulthwe - Their initiative rating, in general, is now 2+ instead of 1+ (which makes more sense) - Steal the initiative slightly tweaked - Eldar Aircraft don't get the turning bonus anymore - Free Avatar + Court of the Young king for the army (ack!) - interestingly enough, the CotYC is basically treated as a weapon! - Guardian warhost increased in size to 12 (yay!) - Eldar Heavy Weapons are named - Guardian bases include weapon playforms (they are no longer seperate) - Looks like there are more "scouts" in the army - rangers, swooping hawks, warp spiders to name a few.... - Support platforms are no longer slow firing May be more.....

Yes. These lists are all playtest caliber. Jervis takes all comments, observations, and feedback seriously, and updates the lists as needed. It's a really neat way to design a game.

Not much overall. Mostly tweaks. The big difference is that the Windrider host got totally nerfed and is now only 6 jetbikes and is a troupe instead of host.

The other two major differences is that Aspect hosts cost 250pts instead of 150pts, and falcons were given pulse lasers & scatter lasers at no additional cost.
I can't say I agree with the nerfing of the windrider hosts....they were so fragile even when they were huge formations....
