Then I installed the vented barrel shroud over that. The real Uzi shroud threads are slightly larger than the one on the Cybergun Uzi. I just drilled and tapped for a set screw to hold it in place. No problems. Worked like a charm. With my milling machine, I made adapters to attach real Uzi stocks to the Steel Storm and the Mini-Uzi. Not the model I wanted, but it was what I could get my hands on. Whaddya all think about the "hokey" cosmetic stuff GSG put on it?? I don't like it, but it is just cosmetic and can be changed, which I did. Modded a bit: I'm going to do nothing to it I cannot reverse easily. My theory on this model, which is harder to find, is that I think it will be less popular and not sell as well as the other models available. That may make it more collectible in the future. This is an amazing gun with a hell of a lot of defensive fire power with the .22wmr winchester .22 magnum jacketed hollow point(JHP) All this power is contained in the flush magazine containing 30, yes thats right 30 rounds. 2 mags and you have 30+2 per serving(one in the chamber) Google it and look for the base SMG as well. Comes with a stock housing 3 magazines for 180 rounds per set up. This is just my humble pistol plus 2 magazines. A very accurate round releasing 2000 feet per second. From a hand gun, mind boggling. A pistol that is VERY hard to get. EVERY SINGLE seller is out of stock. Waits are 2 years on pre orders and many only have a wish list! Needles to say the auctions are the only way to aquire one of these gems wo growing a ZZTop length bear during the wait. Ammo is also very cheap for so much fire power at .17 cents per round. To resale I would be gauranteed to immediately sell it for a 30-40% profit! Hows that! Buy something to get more money! Isnt that the way our capitalistic system works!? SO i lost zilch and made money right away! Her are some pic of this really light gun! Loaded its barely 12 oz with devestating takedown power and a crisp 3-5 lb trigger pull thats amazing! Century Fat Boy was the closest at 48 long guns. Not to mention the pistols and air guns.
