As usual, you get what you pay for, but you can and do get a surprise from a good working lower end gun for under 50.00. Like the CR Phantom C11. I paid 20.00 for a used one that came with a roll of BBs and 3 mags. The mags are super cool! Just pull down follower(automatically locks down) poor and push tab to close. Drops free so you can easily shoot (3) full (18 rnds) magazines and then another three and still have another 1-2 more full mags. And the next week when you pick it up its still got gas and will shoot a soft mag full. That's a sharp on, Cam! You can easily shoot inside across the room while watching TV during commercials. I put eight Gamo raptor platinums (came with the gun) through it and shot 45' at bottles. I did not have a site on it yet. Crazy power and accuracy just pointing at those bottles!! It is strictly a pellet gun, but the next 16 shots I decided to put bb's into the mag. Wow! It still shoots them fine, and I think more accurately than those PBA ammo!! COOL! Quite a kick with the "blow-back" action. I'm just excited probably 'cause this is the second pistol I bought in the last week, and the third since 1982. Amazing the change in tech since my Crosman 454. I put the Walther Top Point red dot on it minutes before I took the photo. Can't wait to try out the accuracy with it on tomorrow. Found the 10 rounders at Overstock.com for $23. ea, free ship, and the factory mag ext for $15 a pair delivered. They don't seem to make a +1 yet. Yeah Rad, the JHP seems to be the way to go. I'll check out the Magsafes. Also the Winchester silvertips JHP, and the Speer Gold dot JHP. PPK would have been my first choice, but too pricey. My Dad had one for years but sold it a while back. Damn! Yes accuracy. That's why I wanted this. If you don't shoot regularly, the 9mm, .40, and .38 Special are kinda hard to keep on target in a pinch! Like the C& 27 . But would carry my Walther PP. Love the smooth-shart crips function and feel of German made guns as well as the "Makarov" frame style. Theres a reason so many of the European guns are 32. Accuracy for one and lightness. From what I've read, the inox has a stronger alloy frame, but I'm sure I'll be fine with the blue model. Interesting design with the flip up barrel, lack of an ejector, but I like the exposed hammer and double/single trigger. I found some 10 rnd clips too. Had my heart set on the Kel-Tec P32, but no Kel-Tec pistols are on the CA list. More a political issue than if the guns comply or not. The salesman who helped me has both the Tomcat and a P32 he got from a private party, and because of the P32's slim design (and probably also because it is newer to him) he favors the Kel-Tec.
