Can we use a 5 inch dredge with a 4 inch restriction ring without having to have an inspection? What ever happened to the refund of our dredge fees that they stole from us in 2009, I paid $185.00 and never saw a penny come back my way. |

#1 best estimate from Mark Stopher of F&G is no sooner than Nov.2011 #2 the current draft of the future rules is just that "a draft" nothing is finalized and everything may change prior to the official release early winter of this year. #3 There is no plans at this time for the state to make any refunds. However there is SB 657 that was introduced in Feb. that includes a partial refund assuming it passes. And you can also bring a small claims court case against them yourself. A fellow from PLP successfully did that last year. |
