Apparently, it wasn't enough, though. The Legislative update just came out on the website for the Governor -- Governor Brown Signed AB 120 The only chance we have now is to contest the wording (which violates existing law) in Court. Otherwise, there is no way that the Director can -- or will -- certify the SEIR. I'm not giving up hope just yet, but it sure doesn't look good right now.
