November newsletter is on line! ( 10:49:19 TueNov 8 2011 )

Hello Everyone,

We have featured a video-enhanced story in our November newsletter about the good fortune one of our longtime members experienced while dredging for gold on the Rogue River this past season.

This month's newsletter announces the winners of the 15 American Gold Eagles we just gave away, and also includes a preliminary map of the 10+ miles of new dredging opportunity that we have identified along the South Umpqua River in Southern Oregon.

Check it out!

Hi Dave

Couldn't pull up the info on South Umpqua River. Not sure if it is my computer or the link. Everything else seem to work. Sounds interesting maybe we will get to dredge this summer. Hope so!

Couldn't pull up the info on South Umpqua River

It came out all black for me but when I changed the size to 100% or saved a copy to the desktop it worked for me.

Hope you all could get that club map to come up. Very interesting. I've heard quite a bit about this river on other forums.

I was able to open the map & Google Earth and scope out each location notated on the club map on the satellite photo on Google Earth. You can also access the "street view" on G. E. where the roads come close to the river. Almost like being there....
