Well I did that and Submited it but never got a confirmation that it was received and has been 5 weeks. So when I did all this I saved the completed Report. So I have decided to print out the Report Form from my thumb drive and mail it in as well since the deadline is Jan 31 2012. The reason why is that they wont issue my 2012 permit until they have the 2011 report!!!!!:duck:
