I'm not sure what you are asking. If you got your 700PM permit, you are ready to go, with the exception that you also need a free permit from ODSL. Go here for this permit: http://www.statelandsonline.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=Placer.Apply

OK i jumped the gun i didnt read it fully before freaking out, I have the other permit but was assuming that i had to register again after getting the general discharge permit.
Thank you I have been obsessing over this season (like every trip) making sure I am well prepared and ready to dredge in a new state, im not even leaving for a month and my cab over camper is already overstocked and loaded for our three month adventureJustin |

Justin, if you're anything like I was the first time out, you'll probably throw half of it out the first week "in country"! |

YaHoooo! I am so excited, The only thing i am waiting for now is the location of the new claims (like waiting for Santa). It is a little tuff planning a trip without knowing the location but i have faith that it will be good

Hang in there. We are working with DEQ now to establish if any of the new claims or State Land areas are located in areas which have been designated as "Impaired" by EPA or the State of Oregon. The 700 Permit does not allow dredging in some types of "Impairment" designations.
The listings are very complex, and they overlap. So we finally just came up with a map showing where we want to dredge, and our Internal Affairs is reviewing that with DEQ enforcement. It might take another few weeks. We don't want to get anybody in trouble! |
