Hi ,
I recently glimpsed a document which displayed different dredge seasons for varios rivers within Oregon,I do not think it was a recent Doc,are there various dredging seasons for other rivers these days OR is it still June / July through to August 31 for all rivers.:shrug: Thank you. Tom. |

In-water dredging is based on fish spawning primaraly. However some creeks/streams are open all year. Hi thanks for the info,as I am coming over from Australia I would like the option to dredge for a few months.

It depends on where you plan on dredging. Most areas open on June 15 and close on Aug 31, but there are others that open July 1 and stay open until Sept 15th.
You must look it up in the 2008 in water work guidelines in the above link. Make sure you have the right area on the river you plan on working as many rivers have different seasons on different areas on the same river. |
