Apparently, even though it was banned in October, it had to be lifted because of certain wording meaning vets could refuse to spay or castrate etc. Thankfully, after April all those lovely babes born with their tails will legally be able to keep them!

thats great news, all of Heidi's brothers and sister had their full tails, as Heidi was the runt hers was deformed, looked like a little stump with the rest of the tail curled right round like a little piggy, a lot of folk have commented and asked if she was docked, but was just the way she was born, cute though.
