oook...so we had some "friends" who were keeping jestins 4 wheeler, n been trying to get it back for a year now! well, they basically destroyed it...chains busted, fronts gone...fuel leaking from god knows where? ugh! anyway....they are getting a divorce and hubby looked the house up and its in preforeclosure. ive been by numerous times and it never looks like anyone has been there...no trash, trashcans in same spot...NEVER home at diff times of the day etc. we left a note on thursday when we took the 4wheeler. they have 2 dogs....captain, a boxer...in fact hes the boxer i fell in love with, and y we got lilly. n the other is a mutt, her and lilly never got along. they are freefed, and look healthy...they havea doggy door so they go in and out as they please....we want to call on them, but at the same time i dont want captain anywhere near a shelter! hes way too good of a dog for that.....but it just kills me to know that they are not getting any attention, and we all know boxers need alot of it! sooo wwyd?

can you not speak to your "friends" and offer to take him?? I think you should steal him but you will just get yourself locked up for that so probably not a good idea!!

if we could get ahold of them.....we leave notes when we stop by, but never a phone call...and i stop by at diff times of the day every so often and no one is home. she works at home so i know she "should" be home during the day at least till 5pm and shes NEVER there.
