Aww bless, that looks sore.

Hope she is feeling better today and is back to her normal self soon.

I nearly phoned you last night, but thought you might not have been up to chatting about her.

Big hugs from Sasha

Sometimes think its worse than having kids having a poorly dog! Give her lots of hugs and tell her shes a beautiful babe and she will think shes in 7th heaven regardless of all the trauma! Keep your chin up Jacquie - thinking of you all

Cheers Liz
Well she is alot better, infact her face lookes smaller and neater! She's back to eating normal dog food. Not because I gave her it, she ate Blues!! must have gummed it to death LOL
My visit to the dentist wasn't as bad as I thought. Instead of takeing my tooth out I have to take a course of antibiotics. Ha the absess has grown too big!! Do you think my body is trying to be the same as sasha's LOL I've to go back on the 4th to have it out!!!

Liz, can you send me some photo's of heskey for the site?? I pm'd you but I dont know if you got it. If you have a wee envelope on your screen, click on it.

Poor Sasha Jacquie she really is in the wars but obviously the need for food has taken over, I bet blue was impressed to find his dish empty - not! What are they like, little eating machines. How on earth did she manage to eat biscuits with 10 teeth missing?

Glad she is getting back to her normal self. Spookily I went to the dentist last week and have to go back on the 9th May to have a wisdom tooth out - aaaaarrrggghhhh! I can't wait, what is it with us lot we all seem to go through or have similair things happen at the same time.

Hope you dentist appt on the 4th goes well and that Sasha is back to normal soon.

Take care and all the best, Paul and the nutty crew.

Re: Good luck Sasha & Jacquie

I recon she "gummed" the biscuits to death!!!

She's back tonight for a check up. Will let you know how it goes.

Her latest one though is the best. She wont take her tablets so I have to put them into pate. This morning she managed to sook the pate off and spat the tablet out. Maybe it was just her was of getting more pate. LOL

Re: Good luck Sasha & Jacquie

The Vets went fine tonight. She is happy with Sasha's mouth, only she has started to lick her stiches. She gave me a lamp shade to put on her when I cant watch her (during the nght)
I think I'll try a sock with the foot cut out first as I think the collar will bother her.
The vet is going to take her stiches out next Thursday pm. If she gets the results of the biopsey before then or the report from the training school (Dick Vet) about her x ray she is going to phone me. I thought that was really nice of her. Most Vets would just wait till you went for your next visit. I think she understands how worried I am.
Will keep you alll posted.

Good luck if you try the lamp shade! I have given up as I cant be doing with another night on the sofa while Sasha sulks for Britain!

Glad to hear she is healing nicely, fingers crossed for a good biopsy result.

Let us know!

Re: Good luck Sasha & Jacquie

Glad to hear everything is going well with Sasha.

I hope she is taking her tablets a bit better now -- although i can remember when i was a kid i used to refuse to take tablets unless theywere crushed up on a spoon with condensed milk so that i couldn't taste them - my mum always had to try to get a medicine alternative for me.

So i know how she feels.

Good luck with the biopsy results.

I was dreading thge thought that Henry might need a lampshade collar but he hasn't really taken much notice of his stitches so far - imagine how we would feel if we had to walk around with a lampshade on our heads!!!!! - although i suppose it would keep the draught out of their ears!!

I remember one of my mums dogs used to go absolutely mad and finally managed to rip it off - but if they won't leave the stitches alone it has to be done - all for the best in the long run.

Caroline, Tia, Kirei and the Henry Monster xxxx

We did have to put the lamp shade on her last night, but in the end I took it off as she was going to hurt herself. She bounced off doors, walls and even a dolls house!!!!

Re: Good luck Sasha & Jacquie

Fingers and everyting else crossed for Sashas results. As for your teeth has the blooming dentist done the stop smoking routine yet??? I just smile sweetly and hold my breath till i can get outside for another fag to calm my nerves. I wondered what that pm thing was that keeps popping up - will now try and get into it cos nothing seems to be happening when i click open! Regardless will get Mike sorted and send you some piccs of Heskey. Any news on his papers so i can get his chip reregisterd?

Hope that all goes well this week - thinking of you and your babies
