Today i decided to bring my new Kitten home. She is only 6weeks and 3days but mums milk has finished. The Kitten is eating and drinking well.
She was settling well and even the Dogs were great with her. After a few hours i had to go to School so put her basket in an alley way I have between Bathroom and Back kitchen..Couldnt leave her where the dogs are. Came back from school and could hear her cries so Dom went to see her.I was right behind him and as he opened the door she stopped crying. We couldnt find her.Now this is only an alley about 3ftwide so nowhere for her to go..I then realised there is a small hole on the back wall where the pipes go...Panic stations, the poor kitten has climbed up inside the wall. Couldnt really see so O/H and son in law made the hole bigger and shone a torch, but no they couldnt see her.Sent for Mummy cat to see if her cries would entice kitten down..After about 30mins or so realised this wasnt going to work.I sent everyone home and decided to give the Kitten some peace and quiet put food and water down and came away..O/H wasnt happy ,so decided to pull kitchen cupboards out .I am crying like a lunatic by now..As he went to pull the washer out,he shouted me.. There sat down the side of the washer was the Kitten So now i have a large hole in my wall that needs bricking up. She must have ran out as Dom opened the door...I have now taken her back to her mum for a few days while I get the hole fixed.. It was like something you see on these rescue programmes on T.V. On a good note The cat is fit and healthy and was never in any danger.
